Highfield Level Four Food Safety and Health and Safety.
Using a combination of workbooks, videos, revision quizzes, exercises and the Highfield official textbooks, we guide you through these important subjects.
The great thing about this method of learning is you can learn in your own time, at your own pace.
These qualifications are recognised on the Regulated Qualifications Framework, in the same way as A levels, and can provide a great boost to your career.
Food Safety Level Four: The final examination is taken online at a time and location to suit you.
Health and Safety Level Four: Highfield do not currently provide this exam online, therefore you will be required to travel to Burton on Trent to take the final exam.

Both courses are priced at £395.
Level Four Open Courses delivered via Zoom
The next Health & Safety Open course will be via Zoom 10th to 14th August 2026. The exam will be the following Friday 21st in Burton On Trent (alternative dates may be possible).
The next open Level Four Food safety course will be August 2026 from 24th to 27th.
This exam is via remote invigilation, which means you can take the exam on line at home or work at a date and time to suit you.
The price for both courses is £350 per person.
Places on the courses can be secured with a refundable deposit of £100 paid via BACS, with the remaining balance to be paid prior to taking the exam. Please get in touch for further details.
Alternatively, the full amount can be paid using a credit card. Please follow the 'Pay for August courses' link and contact us to confirm which course you're booking.
If you're considering booking both courses, please get in touch, as a discount of £100 is available for the second course.
Once the deposit (or full amount) is paid, I'll send a pre-course learning pack so delegates come to the course pre-armed with knowledge. This pack can also be used for revision prior to taking the exam.
